If your questions aren't answered here you can contact us using the form below. Billing and checkout issues:When placing my order, I keep getting redirected to the payment page. Why isn't my order going through? This is most likely due to a declined credit card or an error with the billing information. I was charged twice for my order. What happened? Sometimes when a credit card is declined this attempted charge will show up as a pending transaction on your statement. Although these funds where never taken from your account as the transaction was not successfully completed, it may appear as though you were charged for a short time. This pending transaction should go away within 24 hours but if you still have concerns you can have your bank contact us. I ordered with paypal, but never got email notification about my order. Was it received? If you pay with paypal and fail to return to our site after payment, our system can't log the sale as a completed transaction. If you feel this may have happened please contact us and we can look up your shopping cart and get your order sent to you right away. When I log into my account to check order status it doesn't list any orders. What happened? If you did place an order but it is not showing up this is due to an incomplete order. If you paid by credit card it was possible declined or the billing information was incorrect. If you paid through paypal but didn't return to our site our system can't log it as a completed order. Contact us with the form below and we can find out exactly why your order isn't showing up. Gift questions:This is a gift, can i leave a personal message for the recipient of the order? Yes! Just include the message in the comments section when you check out and we will include it with your order. Do you include pricing information or invoices with the shipment? No. We include an itemized packing slip, but it does not include any pricing or billing information. If you like, we can leave this out. Just let us know in the comments section when you check out. I ordered a gift card, but haven't received it yet. Where is it? Our gift cards are all digital, so you won't receive a physical gift card. You should have received an email with instructions for redeeming, checking balance and emailing to another recipient. If you did not receive this we can resend this information. This email will also include a link to a printable version of the gift card. Shipping:How long will it take to ship? Since most of our items are custom printed when you order, it can take up to 48 hours to print your items depending on our current order volume. Once your items are printed, they are shipped priority which generally takes 3-4 business days to ship. Do you offer express shipping? We do, but please check with us first. Not all items are available for this option. Email us with your desired products and we will give you instructions. Do you offer international shipping? We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, Mexico and Australia. We are working to provide shipping to more international locations soon. Please check back soon.
