Gothic style printed baby t-shirts & onesies

When you typically think about the gothic look you think of black, solid black, and well, you know, black. Just for a moment let’s step out of the typical worldview of the gothic look and let’s take a look at reality. In reality, the gothic look includes many different colors, but always paired with out old faithful color of black. The trick is how to pair the colors to keep the look gothic. You will find your answer in prints. Not just any prints, but the prints typical to the gothic style such as plaids and stripes. There are many colors that one can use when looking at these typical prints, and there are different aspects of these prints that can be used to remain true to the gothic look.

One aspect, of course, is that you can simply take the plaids and stripes by themselves and make these prints different articles of clothing, such as shirts and pants. But they can also be accents on clothing. Rips and tears in the shirts and pants can be patched with plaid, from underneath.

Try striped shirts with cover art or catchy sayings on the front. Striped leggings underneath little plaid skirts fit right in with the gothic style. Onesies or playsuits with the striped print or with prints on them would be great. Basic black onesies with the gothic cross or skull in either of these prints can also add style to the look. Anything can add to the classic gothic look and make it more with the prints typically seen in this genre of dress.
