Maternity halloween costume ideas 2In this continuation of maternity costume ideas for Halloween. We will go through a few costumes that are slightly less risque. Offering you the potential to dress to the gills, all while keeping your baby-bump covered. * When you live in the middle of Utah, you will get a kick out of this costume as I have. Even if showing off your belly isn’t your forte, you can still dress up as a Mormon Missionary! All that is required is wearing a white button up shirt, dark pants, and a long skirt, along with black shoes and a backpack. Simple right? This costume is extremely cost-effective, especially when you can raid your husband or boyfriend’s closet! * A nun! That’s right a pregnant nun. This costume lends itself well to pregnancy, especially with the long-flowing robes. It also gives you the opportunity to double-up on your Halloween cheer, by making your partner dress up as the priest. * Who’s ever seen a pregnant grandma? Well, they will once you complete this costume! Simply dress in a conservative dress, adding a grey wig, and using a cane. This costume couldn’t be more simple and cost-affective; especially when you can pick most of these items up at a thrift-shop. * In the traditional sense, devils play an intricate role in Halloween. So, why not deviled eggs? Simply dress top-to-bottom in white, and clue a yellow circle of felt onto the belly of your shirt, adding in devil horns and a tail! * Mummy. Or would that be a little too soon to say that? Regardless, you will dress head-to-toe in white once more. Dressing yourself in gauze, putting on white makeup and blackened makeup around your eyes. * Every mom could use a bubble-bath! So why not dress up as the soapy mess? Dressing entirely in white or light blue, and tape or pin balloons to the whole outfit. If you are so fortunate, obtain some soap-on-a-rope and don it around your neck. Vwah-lah! Instant porta-bath for the mom-to-be. * What is Halloween without it’s world famous treat? You can easily disguise yourself as a candy corn. All that is needed is for you to wear white tights, an orange skirt or shorts, and a yellow top. You may even wish to wear candy necklaces, or even add a few stuck-on candy corns for good measure
