One thing to always remember, is that any string-like tool that you use around your child; should never be long enough to pose a strangulation risk for your child. They should only be long enough to attach at the top of your child’s shirt, one piece, or car-seat strap and still reach their mouth. You may also look for any small parts that could easily be dislodged from the clip itself, which could also pose a risk of choking for your child.

Another little tool for you to utilize along with the pacifier clip, is a handy little holder. These simple little devices hook to the inside of your diaper bag; which makes it easy to find while on the go. They also provide a clean place for you to place an un-used pacifier, so that it can ease the worry of germs or possible infections from a pacifier that has rested on the bottom of a diaper bag for too long. One of the best things about these little tools, is that they can be found in numerous different patterns and colors. Many of them will come in sets, that can be matched to your current diaper bag; however you may also choose to match them to your child’s favorite outfits, by choosing a couple different colors; that can be mixed-and-matched with all of your child’s clothes.
