Returns and exchanges policyMost items for sale at PunkBabyClothes.net are custom made when you order them. Therefore, in most cases, we are not able to accept returns on these items unless we have made a mistake on our end: wrong size, wrong color, wrong graphic, defective item, etc. If we have sent a wrong or defective item please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. The best way to do this is through email or through our returns/exchanges form. Once your return/exhcange request has been approved we will make the arrangements with you to get the right item shipped out to you right away, usually within 48 hours of receiving the defective/wrong merchandise. If you are simply unhappy with your purchased item and wish to exhcange it for something else please use our returns/exchanges form. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Non customized items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please notify us through email or through our returns/exchanges form for specific instructions. All returned and exchanged items must be in new and unwashed/unworn condition. Shipping charges cannot be refunded for returns and exchanges unless the items was defective or you received the wrong item. Our primary concern is that you, our customer is happy with the products and services offered at PunkBabyClothes.net. If you have a question or concern about your order please let us know right away and we will do what we can to make it right. ** In order to recieve exhcange or refund you must include order # as well as a return authorization number.
